Cindy’s Communication is the brainchild of Regina Dixon and her mother Keena Dixon. Both mother and daughter have over 25 years of experience as receptionists. In 2016, the idea of owning our own virtual receptionist service was conceived in the middle of the night at our kitchen table. Before embarking on our own business venture, we worked at several answering services and call centers. With our knowledge and experience, we realized many clients were paying inflated fees for limited secretarial services and we knew we could provide added value by integrating the many services of this profession into a virtual service.
As city workers turned entrepreneurs, we have an extensive amount of experience in administrative work and within the telecommunications industry. As partners, we aim to create and customize cost-effective plans and provide our clients with features - like our integrated minutes - to fit everyone, from big corporations to small business owners.
